HEAVEN VISITATIONS 11
Can you tell how exactly it is to be in hell?
As I told you the entire atmosphere in the hell is gloomy. Now if you read Matthew 8 when the Lord Jesus Christ was met by the people possessed with several demonic powers. The question they asked Him is, "Have you come to torment us before our time?"
The Bible says as I said in John 16:11 and Revelation 20:10 Satan is meant to be terminated in hellfire. The Bible says in Matthew 25:41 the fire the lake of fire is made for Satan and his angels. So he knows his end.
John 16:11 Of judgment, because the prince of this world is judged.
Rev 20:10 And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are and shall be tormented day and night forever and ever.
Matthew 25:41 Then shall He say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from Me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels.
So when you are there in hell, there is an atmosphere of fear and trembling and uncertainty and gloom. The future of these evil powers is gloomy. So, when you are there you also feel so gloomy but personally, when I was there, I was so inquisitive that I didn't feel much about that gloomy atmosphere.
Now as you go to this Witchcraft Department, when men and women give themselves up for practicing witchcraft, after some time they become helpless. The demons take the upper hand. Of course in the beginning, when these human beings are initiated into witchcraft, it doesn't appear like that. They become the masters of witchcraft. Later on, the demons become their master. And so, when the witches and warlocks do rituals for witchcraft powers, immediately the correct witchcraft demon is sent to them. That particular evil power which can do the havoc will be sent and will go and create the havoc. So, it is so horrifying.
Once I was in a church in Bangalore, the church service was over and I was sitting and talking to the pastor and there was a middle-aged man, he was working in a big company. He suddenly jumped up and he started running out of the church. So, they caught hold of him.
He said, "Leave me. It's coming. It's coming." Later on, I was told that this man's enemies have done witchcraft against him. So in the office, he would suddenly say, "Oh, the lion is coming to devour me." He would jump and run. He'll be going on the bus and he would say, "Oh, here is a tiger coming to attack me." He will jump out of the bus. And many times he was saved from death. So the same thing he was doing now in the church.
So I prayed, "Lord Jesus, what is it?" And the Holy Spirit came, He opened my eyes. I saw a very fearful personality, very fearful. But as you're filled with the Holy Spirit, you have everything except fear. The human fear is gone. So I asked that evil power, "Why are you chasing this man?" He said, "Look behind me." And I looked back, and I saw a man in the burial ground, doing some mantras and chanting something. He said, "It is he is sending me. I have nothing against this man." So I said, "In the name of Jesus Christ, you go back." And the Lord showed me it went back with fierce anger and fury. When that magician saw that the evil spirit was coming back, with so much fear, he ran for his life, but that day that man was delivered.
So witchcraft is a terrible thing. And I can go on narrating so many sad stories. And they come and attack you. Several years ago, there was a Bishop called Eric in Delhi. So I went to conduct public meetings in Delhi for four days. And he told me, "Sunday morning, I will not be there. I have to go to another place. But you'll be in the service and take part in the communion service..." and so on. I said, "Right, Bishop."
Next day when I went to the church, lo and behold, he was there and he embraced me tightly to his bosom for a long time and then the service was over, everything was over.
Then, later on, some of my friends from Chennai met him in Delhi and told me what happened. He said, "Brother Dhinakaran may not remember that on that day I embraced him so tightly. I canceled my program and came to that service. The reason is this. There is a city where I was a pastor in a church there and there used to be a lovely family. But somebody has done witchcraft against them. Once in a year, at a particular month, the evil power would come upon the lady of the house. She'll be very, very fierce. She'll break everything in the house. If anybody comes to control her, that's it. So nobody will dare go near her, except me. I will go, and I will sit with her. She will be calm. But the moment I come out, she'll become fierce. So I had a great burden for her. That's why I pressed my handkerchief against brother's back. And I prayed, "Lord, send the anointing upon your servant into the handkerchief." And I sent that handkerchief to that lady and said, "Keep it upon yourself." And that particular month came and went, the devil never came."
Once I went to another city for my official work. I was working in a bank as you know. And the bank manager told me, "The richest man in the city requested me that you should be brought to his home for a cup of tea. He feels it is a great honor though he's not a Christian." I asked him, "Do you think that my going there will benefit the bank?" He said, "Very much. And get a lot of clients with a lot of deposits. So please go." I said, "Alright." I went with him. And then we had tea.
And that man said, "I'd love to talk to you privately." So my manager excused himself, he came away. So I was alone there. And I was horrified when he told me about his wife. He's the operator of a very big bus company. And somebody has done witchcraft on his wife and a man's voice would speak and an evil power will come and it would say, "Now, your buses going in such and such a road to such a certain place, it is breaking down. It will break down. The loss is unbearable. I'm not able to cope up with this. Please help me."
So I told him, "See, I came to you as a banker, not as a servant of God. Give me some time. Give me a room to pray." I went in and really prayed, "Lord Jesus, I came here as a banker. But here is the mighty devil. So many magicians have tried to deliver her."
The moment this woman sees the magician, she [the male voice inside her] will tell him, "He'll come. I know what mantras you're going to tell me. I know this. These are your mantras. This does not work with me." So they will run.
And one man tried to sit down and chant a mantra. She took a plate and flung it at him like a flying saucer. She was about to cut his neck off, he ran for his life never to return.
And several preachers went to the house and the same thing happened to them. And then when I heard all the stories, I trembled in my shoes. I really prayed, "God, Jesus, what should I do?" And the Holy Spirit came and Jesus came, He changed my heart. He said, "Son, I love her. I want to deliver her."
So I changed my whole attitude. Fear is gone. Then I went and said, "Ask your wife to come." And she came. I told her, "Sister, come, sit down." She came and sat down like a lamb. Her husband was so much taken aback. He said, "Is it happening to my wife? I'm unable to believe."
I prayed a simple prayer and she fell down. She swooned for some time. Then she rose up with a smile. She said, "You should not go from this home until you have your dinner here." She went and cooked dinner for us. Of course, it took a lot of time. And I had the happiest time with them. It's so real. The devil is so real.
There's a place called Serampore. One day when I was here in the Jesus Calls office in an important meeting, a group of people came and told me, "Some people from Serampore have come here. They're carrying a letter from the Bible Society of India Secretary. They want to see you for a few minutes." I said, "Give them five minutes."
I came down. I saw these people, they came all the way from Serampore [1622 km to Madras] and the secretary of the Bible Society of India has given a beautiful letter and I asked them, "What's the matter?" They said, "Somebody has done witchcraft against our family. And exactly at 6 pm in the evening, four demons would come. You can see them and they will come and break everything in the house, torture us till morning six, and go."
And they complained to the police. The police came, they saw and they said, "This is not a human being with whom they can deal with, so goodbye."
And some people who can pray. They came and said they will sing songs and beat on drums and no devil will come. Six o'clock came and the devils said, "We love songs, we will also listen to your songs." The devils beat up those fellows, their drums. They sang "Victory through the blood," the devils also sang along with them. The devil witchcraft is so terrible.
And they brought a little boy and this little boy asked them, "Why are you tormenting us so much? What should we do to get you out of this home?
Then they said, "They gave us your address. If that man says we will go."
That story has come all the way. Unbelievable. I could not hear with my ears. Nevertheless, I prayed a short prayer, "Lord Jesus, You move with compassion. Look at the sufferings of these people. And command those evil spirits to go and as your servant, in the name of Jesus, I'm asking them to go. Let that witchcraft done by their own sister be broken forever."
It was a very simple prayer but it came from my heart full of love and compassion and at the same moment in their home, those four evil powers came and told them, "He has commanded us to go and we have no other way. We are going." It is so real.
So the Witchcraft Department is so big, but the Sickness Department is terrible. It's deadly. When these evil spirits put their diseases upon the body of the people, no x-ray can find it out. So the doctor is baffled, "Why is this man like this?" But the real thing is that the evil power comes, he puts a mystical sickness that cannot be diagnosed by medical science.
When the man of God comes, this evil power will stand outside to avoid being detected and driven out. There is one Professor Michael Kumar in our college. His niece had the problem of evil powers and she went through a lot of agonies. So she came home. I talked to her and prayed for her. She is so sweet but when she went home, she had the same problem. So my friend was horrified. And the evil spirit spoke, "Do you think I'm a fool? When you went to that man's house, I stayed outside."
So, this is terrible. These evil spirits, they're terrible and they can kill you.
So likewise in hell, there are several, several, several, several departments. This is one side.
On the other side when the souls of the people who are not prepared to die, die, and they're not prepared to meet their God, and their sins are not forgiven and they mock at the people who tell them about God, His love, His sacrifice on the Cross, when they die, Oh, it's terrible.
If you read Matthew 8:12, Matthew 13:42 and 50 and in so many other places, Matthew 25:30 to be very specific.
Matt 8:12 But the children of the kingdom shall be cast out into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
Mat 13:42 And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.
Mat 13:50 And shall cast them into the furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.
Mat 25:30 And cast ye the unprofitable servant into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
When these souls come they are in great numbers. And from there Satan by his power makes them see heaven. The place where they could have God. When they see that, their hearts are broken. "Oh, my mom told me." "My pastor told me." "That evangelist told me." My brother told me." "But I did not listen. What a place I have come to."
And you see, it is group after group, after group and group and group coming to hell.
In heaven, group after group after group, all singing the praises of Jesus and rejoicing in the presence of God. Not knowing how to praise Him, that is their problem, how to praise Him. What a place I have come to, how to get deeper here.
But in hell, Oh, that agony here is piercing. As the angel and I walked there, the screams really break your heart to pieces.
And then there is a place called the lake of fire. Now, I do not know why somebody ends up in hell and some people end up in the lake of fire. Matthew 25:41 and several verses in the book of Revelation, you read about this lake of fire.
Mat 25:41 Then shall He say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from Me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels.
Rev 19:20 And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone.
Rev 20:10 And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are and shall be tormented day and night forever and ever.
Rev 20:14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.
Rev 20:15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.
Rev 21:8 But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.
Again in Luke 16:19-31 in the parable of the rich man and poor Lazarus, that rich man after his death is suffering in fire. And he says to Abraham, I am tormented in this place, please send someone to warn my brothers, let them not come here and be tormented in this place.
I saw this lake of fire. It is a big ocean, I won't call it as a lake and the most horrifying thing about this lake of fire is the wall around the lake of fire. It looks like a big ocean and it has tides. Now here, if you stand on the beach, you see the water tides. There it is the tides of fire, the waves of fire and the soul is tormented. Sometimes these souls are thrown out by the fire, exactly as human bodies were thrown away by the waves of the sea. And they feel so relieved.
They try to climb up the walls of the sea and escape. But the walls are made of big, straight cut mountain, straight cut mountain. So you cannot escape but still, they try to escape. Then that fire, it has life, not like the dead fire. It has life and like the tongue of a cobra, it comes, catches them back. This scream which comes out of their tongues is terrible.
They were allowed to escape and when they are on the verge of escape, the tongue of fire from the lake of fire comes and lick them off the wall of the mountain and takes them towards the back.
And the most horrifying thing, it is Satan who decides. First of all, he makes them cry, and cry, and cry, lament and mourn. "Oh, what a good place I could have gone." Mental torture. Then physical torture, torturing the senses, the soul is tortured in this fire. It is even more than burning.
Of course, according to Revelation 20:10 Satan himself is going to that fire only. Finally. That is why he's so scared. And before he goes, he wants to take as many people as possible. And the saddest thing, people all the time thinking of money, money, money, fame, fame, fame, philosophy, philosophy, philosophy. Where is this philosophy is going to end when you reject God's way of escape? Oh the gnashing of teeth, and then the screams from the lake of fire.
Where does this gnashing of teeth come from? Gnashing of teeth means not actually grinding of the teeth but the agony. "Oh, why did I not do it, why did I not listen, oh why did I not follow the way?" At that particular time, they are unable to bear that agony because it is mental torture.
And the Lord showed me the vanity of the world. Once I saw the soul of a very big president of a nation and he was assassinated. As soon as he was killed like any other person he doesn't realize that he's dead and gone. He still feels that he's in the body.
For example, I was in Delhi on April 18, 2001, when Paul's father-in-law fell from the water tank and died. I was in Delhi and I could not come but later on, one day I was praying to ask the Lord why he died like that. Then the Lord showed me. He fell nearly 30 feet and his skull knocked against the floor. And his soul came out of his body. He was looking at his body not knowing what has happened. And then he heard a sweet voice. That was the voice of his dear wife. She's also no more, as you know, and she was asking him, "Dear, is it hurting you much?" He was so happy after that, he forgot all about his death. And the angel of God who brought her from heaven took both of them to heaven.
What I'm saying when your spirit leaves the body you do not know. So the President of this nation, he never knew that he's dead. And then the devil's angels, they pose as if he's still in the world. And the people are cheering him on both sides, rather cheering him up, "Long live so-and-so, long live so-and-so." He still feels that he is going in the car and so on. They made fun of him. That was a delusion, a delusion created by the devil. And finally, when he entered and saw hell, he broke down.
Oh, I can never see, can never imagine how he felt miserable. Then they ridiculed him. They spoke so many things against him to make him sadder. "Welcome, President," then they took him away.
Well, finally, the angel said, "Now it's time for you to go. And now you see the fun." Then he simply said, "Jesus," twice. My God, the whole hell was alarmed. The whole hell was alarmed by just mentioning the name of Jesus. They said, "Has He come? Has he come? Has He come?" So they know He's going to come and get them. The whole hell was in utter confusion, utter confusion and the angel said, "Come, we will go now."
And I came back but for several days, I was hearing that voice, "Why did I come here? Why did I neglect the Gospel that was given to me?" It's terrible. That's scream was terrible. And the scream of those people in the lake of fire was terrible.
I have seen other very popular and well-known people in hell but I do not want to speak about them. Anyway, this is a warning. And that's why I speak again and again and again on the love of God, how His hands are open. Even today, He says, "Come, come unto Me."
Now we will go to the angel of light. Now if you read Luke 4, Matthew 4:1-11, how the Lord Jesus Christ was tempted by the devil. He Himself came across His own creation, His own subordinate, His own servant. The created being, the devil had the audacity to come and tempt Him because he wanted to have one more chance. One more chance. But verse 11 says, Then, the angels came and ministered to Jesus. They came and ministered to Jesus strengthening Him because He has been fasting. Probably they brought in some food to eat, I do not know, you do not know. And in Luke 4:13 it says, the devil left Him for some time.
Matthew 4:11 Then the devil leaveth Him, and, behold, angels came and ministered unto Him.
Luke 4:13 And when the devil had ended all the temptation, he departed from Him for a season.
Thank God, our Lord Jesus went through every temptation, including the temptation of the devil. Well, as I said, I keep away from these evil spirits and the thought of these evil spirits. Because if you read John 13:2, it is the thoughts put in by Satan into the heart of Judas, that seduced him. First, it was the thought, "Why don't you betray Him? Why don't you betray Him and take 30 pieces of silver?" "Why don't you betray Him, you can take so much money." Then John 13:27 says, and Satan entered into his heart.
John 13:2 And supper being ended, the devil having now put into the heart of Judas Iscariot, Simon's son, to betray Him.
John 13:27 And after the sop Satan entered into him. Then said Jesus unto him, That thou doest, do quickly.
So that's why you see many people, for example, it was reported in the newspaper. There was an engine driver called Wilson. He got killed in a junction. He was a very faithful driver. One day he started the engine, allowed the engine to move, ran before the engine, jumped before the engine and killed himself. And he left the suicide note. In that is written, "Every day an evil power is coming and asking me to jump before this thing. And I'm jumping as I am unable to bear this again."
One day a young woman, probably 20 or 21 years old, her parents and people came and they said, "Sir, she wants to say something to you." Well, they're not Christian, they do not know much about Christ but they heard about me. And she said, "Uncle, I have committed the most grievous sin." I said, "My child what is that?" She said, "When my first son was born, from day one, I heard a voice, 'Take him to the well and throw him there. Take him to the well and throw him there.' I heard that voice every day. And one day when he was eight months old, such a sweet boy and nobody was around. The voice came. I was unable to bear that voice, I took the child, threw him into the well and he died. Uncle, I'm not able to bear the sorrow. Why did I do that? Where did I do that?"
That's why the Lord Jesus said in John 10:10 the thief comes to kill, steal and destroy and in John 8:44 he's a murder, he is a liar.
John 10:10 The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life and that they might have it more abundantly.
John 8:44 Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar and the father of it.
So we have to keep away from him, listening to him or even thinking of him. Think about Jesus, Hallelujah Hallelujah. That Name will make the devil flee.
When I was in a particular city one day I was praying as usual. Suddenly the whole atmosphere changed and I saw a beautiful angel but I was wondering why I feel so depressed when I see an angel of God, why has the whole atmosphere become gloomy, why has my own heart become so gloomy? Why? And the person who stood before me was a person of extraordinary beauty and handsomeness. And he said, "I am Lucifer."
As I said, in Ezekiel 28:14-15, Lucifer is a person of extraordinary beauty, extraordinary wisdom, and he knows how to put things across.
Ezekiel 28:14-15 Thou art the anointed cherub that covereth; and I have set thee so: thou wast upon the holy mountain of God; thou hast walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire. Thou wast perfect in thy ways from the day that thou wast created, till iniquity was found in thee.
As I said, six years God tested me in poverty, financial problems because He knew that He is going to use me in a very large international ministry, and I will have to handle funds. So my hands have to be clean, my heart has to be clean, not to be enamored of money, certainly not to be enamored with any amount of money. But God wanted to prepare my heart. So six years He tested me again and again. Thank God for six years, I kept my life clean. With what little the bank gave and what little people used to give me here and there and saying, "This is for your personal use," only that I touched.
So exactly after six years, one day, when I was in the bank, the Lord Jesus said, "And now I have found you faithful. From today I am removing the financial problem from you."
Thank God, until this day, He has never left me without the proper dress, proper sandals and proper food. I thank Him.
But that day when I was at the height and tough agony, Satan came. In essence, he said, "Mr. Dhinakaran I appreciate, you are a devoted servant, your deep devotion to God. I very much appreciate it. But what has your God given you? He has given you only debt, needs, sickness, all your relatives are against you. In the bank, you have so much trouble in controlling your people and you go eight o'clock in the morning and come back at 3 am the next day. How much work you are doing. All these because you serve this great person called Jesus." The sarcastic way he put it.
"But today you tell me that you will faithfully serve me in the same degree in the same manner and see what I give you. The whole world is mine. I will see currency notes thrown at your feet. And I will say, he is my prophet. You can still give prophecies. I'll give you the ability to give prophecies and people are drawn to you. There is a man to whom he can go for prophecy and prediction, and so on. Within one day, I'll make you the richest person on this earth."
And you see, he speaks in such a sweet way. Anybody will be tempted. The very, very, very sweet way that he spoke in, I myself was so much taken aback. Oh my God, yes, that's true. I served God so faithfully, but I am knee deep in trouble.
And then the Holy Spirit came and showed me another scene when I was 20 how I was running towards the railroad to commit suicide. And how my uncle in the police department came in between and talked to me about Jesus and how I gave my heart to Him and what peace I have today. I remembered that.
And I told Lucifer, "Whatever you say is right, but this peace that I have today, this forgiveness of sins that I have today, you cannot give. I will still serve Jesus. Hallelujah." And he left.
So, people, many times are carried away by the sweet, enticing words of the devil. Many times they are carried away by sweet seductive words given by him.
Well, my son Paul was born after my wife had a miscarriage. And after we lost the first son, so he was very precious to us. Very, very precious, very precious to my Dad and Mom, very precious to all my relatives and friends because they knew what we have gone through. So everyone prayed for him, "Lord, bless Paul and protect Paul." That's the prayer all our friends and relatives prayed.
One day while I was praying, the same atmosphere came and the same twilight was there, not the bright light of the Holy Spirit. And again, Satan came and said, "Now see how your only son is going to die."
Oh, I was horrified. Nevertheless, I prayed, "Lord, protect my child." And only later on I realized it was from the devil. Any visitation from Christ, any visitation from the angel should put the peace of God in yourself. That's the sign.
So the difference between a visitation from the devil and the visitation from Jesus, or from our Almighty God, or from the Holy Spirit, or from the angels of God is that the devil brings gloom, desperate fear whereas Jesus, God, Holy Spirit, angels of God bring joy, peace, and hope.
No wonder the devil is called an antichrist. He is exactly the opposite of all that Christ has. Yes, that's right. That's right. So unless you get all these signs, you better not believe what you see. Yeah, and then assume that it's from God,
Every mission, every dream that disturbs you, throw them away into the dustbin. Because the Bible says in Romans 15:33, Romans 16:20, Hebrews 13:20, that God is a God of peace. And Jesus said in John 14:27, I give to you my peace given to you my peace. And in the Philippines 4:6-7, don't be worried about anything, be not anxious about nothing. You just cast it before Him, and He will keep your hearts in perfect peace.
Rom 15:33 Now the God of peace be with you all. Amen.
Rom 16:20 And the God of peace shall bruise Satan under your feet shortly. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. Amen.
Heb 13:20 Now the God of peace, that brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant,
John 14:27 Peace I leave with you, My peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.
Phillippians 4:5-6 Let your moderation be known unto all men. The Lord is at hand. Be careful for nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
Are all these experiences of heaven and hell revealed are only to a few chosen people and some particular saints of God and servants of God?
I do not think so. I honestly believe number one, if you ask, you shall receive it, if you knock at the door of heaven, it will open. So it is your sincerity, if your eagerness to know more about God, the eagerness to walk with Him. See, even today, my heart cries for more of the power of Jesus Christ to be manifested in our ministry. Thank God for all that He has done. I am so grateful to Him for everywhere I go, people say, "Because of you, Sir, I am alive. Because of you, I have a child."
I went to Bombay the other day. We went to the YMCA for a meeting and a couple came running to meet me, "Sir, you came to Bombay more than 16 years ago, in 1985. This girl was born at that time. We were childless. Look at her. She's 16 now." Oh, she came and hugged me and what a joy. And everyday miracles happen. Just to come to this recording place, a very precious brother came. He came with some thank offering to be given to the Jesus Calls ministry. He said, "The other day I sent my daughter to you. She suffered from some peculiar pain in the hip and she could not walk, she could not do anything. And all the doctors said, 'Sorry, nothing can be done.' And we were in so much agony. And thank you very much for receiving my daughter and praying for her. Immediately, she's well. And even today, she is well. I brought this offering of thanksgiving."
Well, this goes on all over the world, but still, my heart burns. I want to know more about Christ, I want more of His anointing, more of His power. If you hunger and thirst for God, all these heaven and hell experiences are open to you. So it's not that God has chosen a few people to get this kind of experience.
Well, for some God has predestined them for certain kind of work. For example, Jeremiah 1:5, I have chosen you as My prophet while you were in your mother's womb.
Jer 1:5 Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee, and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.
So in Galatians 1:12 and 15, the great apostle Paul have been chosen by the grace of God.
Gal 1:12 For I neither received it of man, neither was I taught it, but by the revelation of Jesus Christ.
Gal 1:15 But when it pleased God, who separated me from my mother's womb, and called me by His grace.
So number one, these choices are determined by the Almighty God.
Number two, your own eagerness.
Number three, I was talking about brother and sister Lemuel who prayed so much, but brother Lemuel is a man of faith. And he will always quote the promises of God and pray, "Ask and it shall be given. I'm asking You so this brother must be anointed with the Holy Spirit." His faith is great and awesome.
His wife is exactly the opposite. She believes in a very humble way and begging with tears. And she used to tell me many times about her visits to heaven and angels and so on. And I also used to have a great desire and pray, "Oh, Lord, how nice it would be if I can come to heaven and see You." And if the Lord says, "Yes," I will say it is because she and her husband laid their hands upon me and prayed for me, to give all the grace of God, probably the grace in her life came into my life. We cannot say that because I am a great holy man and the man of great faith and goodness and so much that the grace of God has come upon me. Probably the grace upon her was brought into my life.
Because of St. Paul says When I laid my hands upon you, Timothy, when the elders laid their hands upon you, Timothy, you received the gifts of the Holy Spirit. So it may be like that.
And the greatest struggle is to keep going, and never backslide.
Another important thing that I saw in heaven that really shook me up and made me be alert at all times is the spirit of Judas. Now, think of Judas. If you read Luke 9:1-2 God gave him the same authority to cast out the evil spirits and to heal the people. John 12:6, he was carrying the money bag of Christ, Christ had so much confidence in him. Whatever money people gave, was given to Judas for safekeeping.
John 12:6 This he said, not that he cared for the poor; but because he was a thief, and had the bag, and bare what was put therein.
But look at this man he betrayed Jesus. And in Matthew 27, the Bible says he was so upset. And he went to the chief priests. "Here are the 30 pieces of silver. Take it and release my Lord. Take this, but give back my Lord." But they didn't oblige and he committed suicide.
Now, when his spirit came just because he was one of the chosen vessels Lord Jesus Christ had. In Luke 6:12, The whole night He prayed and chose the 12 disciples, Judas was one.
But later on it says in John 6:64 and 70, He says, I have chosen all of you, but one of you is the devil. Judas carried the devil with him.
John 6:64 But there are some of you that believe not. For Jesus knew from the beginning who they were that believed not, and who should betray Him.
John 6:70 Jesus answered them, Have not I chosen you twelve, and one of you is a devil?
Nevertheless, when the soul of Judas came to hell, the Lord said, "Keep him away. Nobody should touch him." The devil was not allowed to touch him.
So, you see the soul of Judas, if you read John 17:12, he is called the son of perdition. So, you see the soul of Judas you have to know, he is in a part of hell but he's not with the other group that is gnashing and wailing nor is his soul in the fiery fire.
John 17:12 While I was with them in the world, I kept them in Thy name: those that Thou gavest Me I have kept, and none of them is lost, but the son of perdition; that the scripture might be fulfilled.
On the other hand, Judas is in loneliness. He is in the wilderness all alone. And I saw that spirit in great agony. He would sit for some time, then he would become very impatient. And then he would say, "I betrayed Him, I betrayed Him." And scream. It is very bad.
So to backslide is easy, to backslide is easy but to remain faithful to the end is difficult.
But thank God, the Lord Jesus Christ said in Mark 16:17, in My name, you will cast out demons. Hallelujah, Hallelujah.
And the Bible says in Jude 24 He's able to keep us from sliding down, He is able to keep us to the end.
Jude 1:24 Now unto Him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy.
Let us cling on to Him. The easiest way to cling on to Jesus Christ is to think of His sufferings, to think of His sufferings, then you realize how much He has suffered for you, you have nothing to compare. There are so many wishes unfulfilled but still, what He has already done for you, you have to remain grateful.
What is the Antichrist and what is 666?
Well, the Lord has not revealed anything about this Antichrist and other things. But the Bible says anyone who denies the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ in flesh and blood is an antichrist.
1 John 4:2-3 Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God. And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.
2 John 1:7 For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist.
Let us not do that.
Has the devil anything to do with bondage and keeping the people bound? They know that they are wrong, but still, they can't come out of it and they're still there, living there.
Sure it is a devil. For example, if you read Luke 13:11 to 16, the Lord Jesus loosed the back of the woman who was bound by Satan for eighteen years.
Luk 13:11-16 And, behold, there was a woman which had a spirit of infirmity eighteen years, and was bowed together, and could in no wise lift up herself. And when Jesus saw her, He called her to Him, and said unto her, Woman, thou art loosed from thine infirmity. And He laid His hands on her: and immediately she was made straight, and glorified God. And the ruler of the synagogue answered with indignation, because that Jesus had healed on the sabbath day, and said unto the people, There are six days in which men ought to work: in them therefore come and be healed, and not on the sabbath day. The Lord then answered him, and said, Thou hypocrite, doth not each one of you on the sabbath loose his ox or his ass from the stall, and lead him away to watering? And ought not this woman, being a daughter of Abraham, whom Satan hath bound, lo, these eighteen years, be loosed from this bond on the sabbath day?
So like that, you are bound with the evil habit, etc. They can do that.
But deliverance is possible for them very much, very much in the name of Jesus.
Second Corinthians 5:20 says You are an ambassador of God. And that's why God has given you the gift of discerning of spirits.
2 Cor 5:20 Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ's stead, be ye reconciled to God.
If you read first Corinthians 12: 10, the gift of discerning of spirits.
1 Cor 12:10 To another the working of miracles; to another prophecy; to another discerning of spirits; to another divers kinds of tongues; to another the interpretation of tongues.
When this gift is upon you when you pray for a person, the Holy Spirit will show you whether it is the spirit of antichrist, the spirit of the devil or it is just a disease in the body.
So if it is a disease on the body, the Bible says, anoint the person with oil and it will go.
If they are evil spirits, cast them out. If it is an antichrist spirit cast it out in the name of Jesus. So that's why this gift is given.
And when the gift of discerning of spirits is given to you, they themselves are mortally afraid of you.
You don't need to know, let me see how many devils are there, when they came, by what train they took, what taxi they travel, all this is unnecessary.
The moment the evil spirits notice you coming, they will scream, "Oh, he's coming, I better run away for my life."
You should be so filled with the Holy Spirit and the gift of discerning of spirits to that level. And they will tremble.
For example, when Paul went to Manchester. Well, it was a regular convention and so on. And while he was preaching, one particular lady actually was twisting and turning this way and that way like a snake. Paul looked at her as she was a nuisance for him. He said, "Devil, get out." And that demon left her.
I went to a place called Banting in Malaysia. So when I pray I don't mind the people or what is happening around me. I never look this way or that way, looking only at the Lord Jesus. The brother who was driving me back in the car said, "There was a woman in the crowd jumping and dancing exactly like a cobra." He said it was terrible. Terrible, the whole crowd was looking up at me and looking at the woman. It was terrible. But when I said, "Now, I torment every evil spirit," she fell down and that was the end of it. I was not even aware of that woman.
And once I received a telegram from another city, that their brother was in great uncontrollable stress. And they didn't know what to do and so on. That time there was a festival going on in Madras. So I send them a telegram. "I'm very much available in Madras during this time, please bring him. Somehow you bring him."
So the telegram went, and nobody else was at home except this fellow. He received that telegram and when the family members came home in the evening, he was profusely crying and crying and crying. And he said, "Please don't take me to Madras. I will go now." And the spirit tormenting him went out of him on his own. He was afraid of meeting a real servant of God.
So what I'm trying to say, when we are so filled with the Holy Spirit, and when we walk with the Lord, with so much purity and holiness, these evil spirits have nothing to do with us.
Recently I was in London. So I had a ministers conference and everything went well. Where we ate, there was a very precious pastor Ganesan from Paris who was there. While we were talking, Pastor Ganesan said, "Brother, last night I saw a very big powerful snake coming from behind. And I could see in that vision that myself and another pastor Satya Raja staying with you and talking. And I was so much afraid that I told you, a very big snake is coming at your back. Brother, I warned you. You said, 'He will come and he will go. That is his business.' And exactly like that, it went. What does it mean?"
This happened just on the 27th of June. So let him come, let him go when he finds we have nothing to do with him. We have everything to do with Jesus. Jesus, the loving and living Son of the living God who became an orphan for us, leaving everything for us. And the Bible says in First Corinthians 6:20 He purchased us with His own blood. We are His property. He knows how to guard His property. We will continue to look to Him and continue to love Him and we will be safe.
1 Cor 6:20 For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which is God's.
