THE 4
ANGELS OF SPIRITUALITY:
THE REVELATION OF THE SECOND ANGEL
Previously I talked
about the function of the first Angel of spirituality, who sharpens
the spiritual function of the believer. He works in human hearts and
abilities. He sharpens the art of delivering speeches with greater
wisdom and intellect. This angel sharpens the five senses so they can
function beyond the human limit that they usually use. God's children
are supposed to have visions and understanding from the spiritual
realm and from heaven's perspective. They should rise beyond the
earthly dimension to the heavenly realm to perceive things from
heaven so that they will render sermons, teachings, and speeches with
greater depth and accurate spiritual insight.
The condition to
enter and operate in this first function of spirituality is
sacredness, which is consecration by setting oneself apart and denying the self-life. A believer’s growth is measured or ascertained in
direct proportion and correlation to the degree that he abides and
live with Jesus in the Spirit as it is written in Galatians 5:25 If
we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit and Galatians
5:16 This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill
the lust of the flesh.
It is also according
to the depth of loss and sacrifice of his self-life as Luke 9:23-24
says, And He said to them all, If any man will come after Me, let him
deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow Me. 24 For
whoever will save his life shall lose it: but whoever will lose his
life for My sake, the same shall save it.
A believer’s
consecration is indicated by how much his heart is involved with
Jesus as Mark 12:30 says, And you shall love the Lord your God with
all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind, and
with all your strength: this is the first commandment.
Consecration also
means living outside your personal interests as Luke 14:26 says, If
any man come to Me, and hate not his father, and mother, and wife,
and children, and brothers, and sisters, yes, and his own life also,
he cannot be My disciple. And Luke 14:33 So likewise, whoever he be
of you that forsakes not all that he has, he cannot be My disciple.
Such a consecrated
life will manifest divine results through the activities of faith,
that has the Spirit of intercession stemming from the abiding
presence of Jesus in his consecrated life, and is permeated by the
fruit of the Spirit.
These Scriptures
will manifest in his consecrated life: Matthew 5:46-48 For if you
love them which love you, what reward have you? do not even the
publicans the same? 47 And if you salute your brothers only, what do
you more than others? do not even the publicans so? 48 Be you, therefore, perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.
Galatians 5:22-24 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace,
long-suffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, 23 Meekness, temperance:
against such, there is no law. 24 And they that are Christ’s have
crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts.
I remember when I
was visited by the angel for the first time, they told me, “Moses,
we walk your street, we enter your house, but you don't see us and
sense our presence for your sensibilities are low. You are busy with
the affairs of terrestrial life. You are full of the worries of this
life, therefore you lose your spiritual sensibility.”
Beloved, we must
remember that our consecration, our dedication, and our sacredness
cause the angel of spirituality to sharpen and activate our spiritual
faculties. Consecration and development are enough to take us to
heaven. The cult of the offering of oneself on the altar of sacrifice
is enough to open the ancient portal of the heavenly domain. Our
death on the altar and the worship and cult of self-sacrifice is what
the Apostle Paul called reasonable worship.
Romans 12:1 I
beseech you, therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, that you
present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God,
which is your reasonable service.
Our life must be a
worship and cult of the sacrifice of the body in order to maintain a
high spirituality.
Brother and sister,
when the second Angel of spirituality began to speak, he said, “The order was given to me by the Lord to reveal to you a secret that you
must understand and it will be good for you.”
Beloved, the angel
of the Lord asked me, “Moses, do you know why you humans are
superior to angels?”
When the angel spoke
that way, this was new information for me to learn that somehow we
humans are superior to angels that we admire.
Then the angel began
to explain to me why men are superior to angels. This was very
interesting.
The Angel of the
Lord said, “Obviously, you humans think that we angels are superior
to you, because we fly and move at high speed like flying engines.
But that is not the case. As angels are created spirit beings
without physical bodies, we do not have the principle of offering the
body. Angels are spirits without the body, so we cannot render to God
the cult of sacrificing the body.”
“When the Lord
said, “Let Us make man in Our image, in Our likeness,” the Lord
made humans in His image, which is divinity. Therefore, man is
humanity mixed with divinity, which we angels don't have, and this is
what is missing in us. The faculties of your spirits are activated
when you consecrate and set your bodies apart.”
“Notice that in
the creation of angels, the faculties of our spirits were activated
automatically. We did not have to do sacrifice in order to activate
these divine abilities. Unlike God's children who consecrate their
bodies to initiate these faculties, we have never done any sacrifice
of the body as required for humans, for our secret is simply
holiness, yet humans have double influence and double impact.”
“The first one is
the flesh, which is the offering for consecration and the cult of the
offering of the body. Moreover, you have holiness, which leads you to
divinity. This is where the difference between angels and humans is:
your body is for sacrifice and offering and your holiness is for
divinity.”
The angel said to
me, “I want to show you the evidence of my claim. In the law, which
is the Bible, the Almighty God took flesh and blood in order to
become flesh and render the cult of the sacrifice of the body. He
offered Himself on the altar of the cross. As a result, He was
sovereignly elevated as it is written in 1 Timothy 3:16 And without
controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in
the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached to the
Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.”
The angel said, “The
Almighty God took flesh and became a sacrifice. As a result, He was
sovereignly exalted. Now I want to ask you a question, was the
Almighty not highly raised before this sacrifice? Was He not always
highly elevated? This is a mystery for high spirituality begins with
the flesh. If you can understand this, in order to be tempted to sin,
you're going to need to have a body. Therefore I beseech you to be
happy whenever you are tempted for the principle of the flesh is
fulfilled in trials, tests and temptations."
"The Almighty is incarnated in human flesh when Christ came in the flesh. If He had not been tempted in the flesh, He would not
have experienced and fulfilled this spiritual lesson. The Almighty God
the Christ was supposed to undergo the exercise of mortification. We
are never hungry. But the Almighty needed a body in order to
experience hunger. This is the meaning of the 40 days and nights of
fasting and praying in the wilderness so that the tempter will come
to tempt Him.”
“This was the imposition of self-suffering on purpose. God took flesh to impose
suffering upon Himself on purpose. The Almighty has taken flesh as He said that greatness is found in
suffering in the flesh. Do you know why? It is because
suffering is the proof of sacrifice. The Almighty needed a body for
the sake of the sovereignty of His name. Thus the glory of the latter
Temple shall be greater than that of the former one.”
Haggai 2:9 The glory
of this latter house shall be greater than of the former, said the
LORD of hosts: and in this place will I give peace, said the LORD of
hosts.
The angel asked me,
“What do you think of this new Temple? In the Old Covenant the
Almighty was dwelling in the tent. This was unconscious glory for
the temple was made up of material elements that were unaware of being inhabited by the glory of God. The utensils of the tabernacle
were seized by the glory but they were just inanimate objects. This was the
first temple.”
“However the
Second Temple will be more glorious for it will be conscious and a
living temple. The first temple was made of material but the Second
Temple is man. Thus, this Second Temple is physical, in the bodies of men."
1 Corinthians 6:19 What? know you not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which you have of God, and you are not your own?
"The prophet Isaiah says
He was a man of suffering and accustomed to suffering. Isaiah 53:3 He was
despised and rejected by men, a man of sorrows, acquainted with
grief.
“He needed to be
accustomed to suffering, as the Bible says, Blessed is the man who
perseveres under trial because when he has stood the test, he will
receive the crown of life that God has promised to those who love
Him. (James 1:12)
Then the angel of
the Lord told me, “Moses, the first angel talked to you that he
works on the hearts. He sharpened men’s functionality. He sharpened
men’s ability and organ of senses when men set themselves apart in
consecration. This is the first step towards spirituality.”
“However, I work
in the field of temptation. I do not tempt anybody, but I observe the
reaction of God's children during temptations, tests, and trials. I
observe how the believer bears the temptation, how they withstand the
temptation and how they overcome the temptation.”
“The believer must
get used to the suffering of the temptation. Whenever God's children
are tempted, it's a suffering that they are supposed to bear. It is physical suffering that they have to overcome.”
The purpose of this
second Angel of spirituality is to observe us, and he is waiting for
a reaction during tests and trials. He observes every time we bear
the temptation. He observes when we overcome the test, and when we
don't yield to the temptation for when the believer gets used to
suffering in bearing the temptations, the trials, and the tests, he
has reached a culminating point in spirituality.
The angel said, “It
is at that point I reserve a crown for him. It is after enduring the
temptation that a crown is reserved for you. A crown is reserved for
God's children who have gotten used to suffering and enduring the
temptation. A crown is available only to those who bear and endure
temptations.”
“Now I want to
talk to you about the mystery of the crown that comes after bearing
suffering and temptation. When the Almighty was full of the Spirit,
He went to the desert in search of the tempter. He went to the desert
to meet the tempter. He faced the temptation for this was supposed to
give Him superiority over the tempter. Jesus wanted to be tempted
deliberately in order to overcome the temptation and suffering that
is involved and take superiority over the tempter.”
“Whenever you are
tempted if you bear the temptation and the suffering, in the end, you
will come out superior to the tempter. It is only when you bear the
test, the temptation and the suffering that you dominate the enemy.
You can claim to dominate the devil and Satanists but this domination
will have power only when you have resisted and overcome their
temptation and suffering. That is the origin of superiority.”
Before
the temptation in the wilderness, Jesus was “full of the Holy
Spirit” (Luke 4:1) but after successfully overcoming the tempter,
Jesus “returned in the power of the Spirit” (Luke 4:14).
Luke
4:1 And Jesus being full of the Holy Ghost returned from Jordan, and
was led by the Spirit into the wilderness,
Luke
4:14 And Jesus returned in the power of the Spirit into Galilee: and
there went out a fame of him through all the region round about.
“That is why I
give the crown of life to the one who has resisted the temptation and
bore the suffering faithfully and successfully. From now on, don't
look at temptation as a bad thing. Consider your temptations and
tests as the means by which the Almighty wants to place you above
your enemy, the ruler of this world.”
“The number of
tests and trials in your life is the number of degrees that you are
supposed to climb. Each test, trial, and temptation is a degree you
are called to rise. These are dimensions in the walk of the believer
that we call spirituality. This is the cult of suffering and
deprivation that you are called to do.”
“God doesn't force
you to endure the trials and temptations and you have the freedom to
yield and succumb to them. However, whenever the flesh is enticing,
seducing or provoking you to respond to its desires, it raises an
alarm to your spirituality. When the desires of the flesh are
aroused, the believer will be tested and tried to
subjugate and suppress them. They will rise in their spirituality if they
successfully overcome those desires. Those who yield to the flesh
will diminish their spirituality. The arousal of illicit fleshly
desires and cravings raises the alarm and threat to one’s
spirituality. Those who resist steadfastly and unyieldingly to those trials, tests, and temptations in the spirit of long-suffering and patience are
offering to God the cult of self-denial and deprivation.”
“When you guard
yourself from what you can do in the name of deprivation, you are
rendering a cult of self sacrifice to the Lord. Whenever the flesh is
craving for its gratification, this is the alarm and threat to your
spirituality. And when you resist the flesh and its unlawful desires,
you have initiated the cult of self-denial, self-sacrifice, and deprivation to the Lord.”
“This is the
second principle of spirituality. This is why it is written in John
1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and
the Word was God. 14 And the Word was made flesh and dwelled among
us, (and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of
the Father,) full of grace and truth.”
“People saw the
glory of the Almighty when He took flesh with the intent of suffering
and getting used to suffering. The Word of God said He got used to
suffering. Isaiah 53:3 He was despised and rejected by men, a man of
sorrows, acquainted with grief.”
“When the Almighty
took flesh, He has fulfilled the law of humanity, the law of the
flesh, for spirituality begins in the body by crucifying the flesh.
The Almighty God got used to suffering in order to overcome
temptation and to master the tempter.”
“It is written in
the law we have contemplated His glory, for He has become flesh and
human yet the Almighty who had manifested in flesh and humanity after
experiencing suffering and temptation was elevated in glory for glory
is in humanity and the flesh.”
“When you stay in
your body, you use the elements that make you a priest. Note that you
must offer yourself. In the new priesthood, you are the sacrifice. You
are your sacrifice. Your flesh is the sacrifice. When you offer
yourself to God as an offering, this offering enables the glory of
God to come upon you and use you. The one who abuses his body does not
have an offering. The one who sanctifies, purifies, immolates,
consecrates his body and then offers his holy body to God as a living
sacrifice will see the glory of God come down and consume his
offering. For God is a Consuming Fire (Heb 12:29) who makes His
ministers flames of fire (Heb 1:7).”
“The Word was made
flesh, but we angels don't have this manifestation in flesh. We
cannot manifest in the flesh in order to get used to suffering because we
don't have flesh. We envy you while you envy us. It is thanks to the
offering and sanctification of the flesh that you become anointed by
the Holy Spirit and thus become Charismatic. We are not Charismatic,
the charisma has to do with the flesh. Since we are not flesh we are
not Charismatic. Charisma is via the offering of the body. The
anointing of the Holy Spirit and Charisma come when you are tempted
in the flesh and you are not yielding to the demands of the flesh and
resisting the flesh. We angels are not in the flesh and cannot offer the
body in self-sacrifice and resistance to temptation so we cannot have
access to the anointing and charisma of the Holy Spirit. We are just
holy.”
“What is your
concept of spirituality? When the Lord ordered us to work in you in
terms of spirituality, you thought that spirituality is the
atmosphere of God's presence. But spirituality is not the atmosphere
of God's presence but spirituality is when a man understands that he
is the offering and the sacrifice. It is not the laying of hands as
you think. When you rely on anointed pastors and prophets to lay
hands on you to increase your spirituality, you are nullifying the
mission of angels of spirituality whose role is to sharpen the
spiritual faculties of your inner man during your times of
consecration.”
“Spirituality is in the inward sanctified nature of man that brings about an atmosphere of God's presence, not the other way around. And
this atmosphere of God’s presence can be felt by the one who has
been living a crucified and sanctified life of consecration and
resistance to temptation. Not everyone will feel the atmosphere of
the presence of God in him. Only the one who practices the cult of
self-offering, self-denial, self-sacrifice and deprivation will do so.”
This was the last
word of the angel of the Lord.
Brother whenever we
are tempted, it is a test that will expose who we really are and what our spiritual level is. Either we oppose and resist the flesh or we yield to the
demands of the flesh. Whenever we are tempted, the angel of
spirituality will be present to attend the test in which we are
subjected to. It is those who render to the Lord the cult of
suffering in their flesh that can withstand and resist the demands of
the flesh.
Brother, your body
is the offering and sacrifice available and in your disposal, which
you are supposed to offer as a sacrifice and offering to the Lord.
Since you need your offering and sacrifice to be holy, you're going
to need a daily cult of self-denial and suffering. When you defile
the body, it becomes an impure offering and an impure sacrifice. Yet
the body is the only sacrifice that can exalt you in high
spirituality.
The Lord took flesh
and blood to impose suffering on His body. Then He got used to
suffering through diverse temptations He was subjected to. The
Prophet Isaiah said the Lord was a man of suffering who got used to
suffering. We must get used to suffering which are diverse
temptations and trials happening in our body to mortify it. This is
the price we need to pay for when we bear and resist these tests, we
shall inherit the crown of glory.
Rom 5:3-5 We also
rejoice in our sufferings because we know that suffering produces
perseverance, perseverance, character, and character, hope and hope
does not disappoint us, because God has poured out His love into our
hearts through the Holy Spirit, whom He has given us.
Our body is an
offering and sacrifice. We have the case of the Almighty God who knew
the importance of the body which is an offering. He took flesh and
blood with the intent of suffering and sacrifice, and He suffered in
the flesh in order to confirm His exaltation.
And being found in
appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to death,
even death on a cross. Therefore, God exalted Him to the highest
place and gave Him the name above all names, that at the name of
Jesus, every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the
earth. (Phil 2:6-11)
The temptation is a good
thing. It is a test that catapults us in glorification. The Lord has
shown an example in dying on the cross to demonstrate that He
deserves His crown after partaking the flesh and the suffering.
We are a kingdom of
priests and our central offering and holocaust is our body and our
daily offering is the cult of the offering of body. The apostle Paul
said, this is your true and proper worship. Therefore, I urge you,
brothers and sisters, in view of God's mercy to offer your bodies as
a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God. (Rom 12:1)
When the Lord agreed
to suffer in the Mount of Transfiguration He shone with great light.
When Moses and Elijah came they brought to Him the message of
suffering and death of the Lamb on the cross for humanity and when He
agreed to be the sacrifice, He shone for glory comes as a result of
sacrifice.
The body means that
man is superior to angels for he can render to God the worship and
cult of the offering of oneself in order to obtain glory. God's children
should live on the altar of sacrifice by dying every day. This is the
reasonable worship service offered to the Lord. As St Paul said, "I die daily." (1 Corinthians 15:31)
The angels have no
flesh to offer as a sacrifice in order to get such elevation and
exaltation. They are just holy. The Almighty got Himself the body in
order to die on the altar and He was highly elevated. The fear of the
Lord gives us holiness and the offering of oneself gives us glory.
